1. The student must have a master's degree in the required specialization from Rabbinyin University or from any accredited university with at least a good grade.
2. To submit two academic recommendations from his professors at the master's level.
3. The student submits an electronic copy of the master's thesis if he is from outside the university and his record is confirmed. And kept in the archive of the electronic library of the university.
4. To abide by the university's detailed procedures for registration and payment of fees.
5. The student applies for a doctoral study in the full-track system only (thesis).
1. The student must have obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent from any accredited educational institution, with at least a good grade.
2. To submit two academic recommendations from his teachers at the secondary level.
3. To abide by the university's detailed procedures for registration and payment of fees.
4. A student is accepted if he studied equivalent courses at another university and wants to continue his studies.
5. In the event that the certificate is obtained from an unaccredited university, it must be equalized at our university first before resuming studies at our university.
6. It is permissible for a student who has obtained a technical diploma to join the university, provided that he memorizes ten parts of the Holy Qur’an
1. The student must have a bachelor's degree in the required major from any accredited university with at least a good grade. Or to have a special diploma in the same specialty from Rabbinic University or any other accredited university.
2. To submit two scientific recommendations from his professors at the bachelor's or diploma level.
3. To abide by the university's detailed procedures for registration and payment of fees.
4. If the student's cumulative grade point average is not less than 85% very good, he may apply to study the full-track master's degree with a thesis only.
5. The student chooses the integrated track if his grade is good at 75% and if he wishes to study 3 semesters in addition to a complementary research.
6. The student chooses the comprehensive track if he holds a bachelor's degree in a non-major field and has recommendations and licenses from scholars, provided that he studies four semesters in addition to complementary research.
7. A student is accepted if he studied equivalency courses at another university, and the track he joins is determined based on the result of the equivalency.
8. In the event that the certificate is obtained from an unaccredited university, it must be equalized at our university first before resuming studies at our university.
Note: The complementary research has the characteristics of the thesis in terms of quality and exceeds it in terms of quantity.
